All of the plant material used in your landscape installation are grown within our region (Zone 5 - Midwest region) thus the plants installed have a better chance of survival.

Under most circumstances lack of proper care, such as over/under watering and over/under fertilization are what effect the survival rate of your plants.

It will be determined upon our inspection, that a 100% covered replacement cost (including labor) will warranty any plantings installed by Feller Landscape Group. This warranty will be in effect for the first 12 months following installation. This will cover shrubs, bushes and trees only.

Items not covered under warranty:

1. Any transplanted trees, shrubs or bushes - In other words, a client may request an existing tree, shrub or bush to be relocated within the yard

2. After plant installation and within warranty period (12 months), we will not warranty trees, shrubs or bushes that have been extremely over-trimmed or over-pruned

3. After plant installation and within warranty period (12 months), we will not warranty trees, shrubs or bushes that have been over-watered or under-watered

4. After plant installation and within warranty period (12 months), we will not warranty trees, shrubs or bushes that have been chemically abused

5. After plant installation and within warranty period (12 months), we will not warranty trees, shrubs or bushes that have been over-fertilized or under-fertilized

6. We will not warranty any salt damage, hail, wind, ice, snow, fire or flood damage, insect infestations, diseases, winter browning, theft, earthquakes or tornado

7. Annuals, perennials, bulbs and all varieties of roses are not covered by any warranty

8. All stone work - walkways, patios, walls and steps have a two year workmanship warranty
